Returns Procedure
Our Returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
Before returning an item you must obtain a returns authorisation (RA) number from us by clicking the "I would like to return an item" link at the bottom of this page. We will email you a returns number along with details on how to send the return to us. You will have to pay the return cost of postage and we recommend that all items returned to us be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance paid. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a RA number.
A RA number will be issued for the following reasons:
- Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item and within a 30 day period.
PLEASE NOTE We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £2.00. If the item is found to be faulty then we will contact you tofind out if you require a replacement or a full refund including postage.
- Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund your return postage.
- Unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
PLEASE NOTE We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
